Preamble
Welcome to Dada8. By registering a Personal Account and using the Site, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement as it may be amended. The Operator may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, which shall govern your relationship with Dada8 for all current and future activities.
Scope and Interpretation
This Agreement governs access to and use of the Dada8 Site and its Services, including games, wagering, payments, promotional activities, and related features. In this document, the terms Site, Services, and Operator refer to the operations and platforms operated by Dada8.
Eligibility and Access
To register and use the Services you must meet the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, and in any event no younger than eighteen (18) years unless a higher age is required by applicable law where you reside.
- You reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and accessible to residents, and you are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti money laundering and anti fraud requirements, throughout your use of the Site.
The Operator may suspend or restrict access pending verification of age, location, or other eligibility indicators. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, access to the Services may be denied or withdrawn.
Personal Account Registration and Management
To access the Services, you must create a Personal Account. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, gender, and valid contact details (email and/or phone number).
- You will maintain the accuracy of all information and promptly update the Operator of any changes.
- You will not create or use more than one Personal Account, nor act on behalf of another person without authorization. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- You will safeguard your login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized use or suspected compromise. The Operator bears no liability for losses arising from misuse of your credentials by third parties.
Single Account and Identification Controls. The Operator restricts access to a single account per user, per device or IP in order to prevent multiple registrations. If multiple accounts are detected, the Operator may consolidate, suspend, or close accounts and may reclaim funds as permitted by applicable laws and these terms.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML
The Operator adopts a Know Your Customer program to verify identity and assess risk. By registering and using the Site you consent to KYC checks as required by applicable law and the Operator's policies. Verification may require the submission of documentation, including but not limited to:
- Photographs or copies of government issued identity documents (passport, national ID, driver’s license) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three (3) months).
- Payment method verification documents (where applicable) to confirm ownership and authorization of payment instruments.
Requests for documentation may be issued at any time. The timeframe to supply requested documents is three (3) days from the date of request. Failure to provide complete and verifiable documentation within the timeframe may result in order cancellations, account limitations, or suspension of activities until verification is completed.
Know Your Customer data may be retained and processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and applicable law. The Operator reserves the right to perform ongoing verification as required by regulation or risk assessment.
Use of the Site and Conduct
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Site and its Content for your personal entertainment and gaming activity, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You must:
- Avoid copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying Site Content or any logos, slogans, or other brand features without prior written consent.
- Refrain from using automated systems, bots, or other mechanical devices to access or interact with the Site.
- Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities, including misrepresentation of identity or misappropriation of funds.
- Not attempt to bypass security, anti fraud measures, or any operational controls of the Site.
- Avoid sending unsolicited commercial communications via the Site or its communications channels.
The Operator retains exclusive rights to operate the Site and may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if fraudulent or dishonest use is detected, including misuse of promotions or bonuses.
Services and Game Play
The Services include participation in the Site's gaming activities, wagering on events, and related features as offered from time to time. The listed services are exhaustive; additional features may be added by the Operator without prior notice, subject to these Terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Controls
Real money balances may be funded or withdrawn through the payment methods offered by the Operator. The Operator may impose processing times, verification steps, and limits applicable to deposits and withdrawals. Typical processing expectations are as follows, subject to method and regulatory requirements: deposits credited same day or within one business day; withdrawals processed within two to seven business days after successful verification, contingent on method and anti fraud checks. All transactions are subject to verification and security checks to prevent money laundering and prohibited activity.
Promotions and bonuses are subject to their own terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration periods, and eligibility criteria. The Operator may adjust, suspend, or revoke bonuses or related benefits in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
Data Privacy and Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy. The Operator implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and for purposes including identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
Account Security and Fraud
You acknowledge that the Operator may monitor activities for compliance and risk assessment. The Operator may suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is credible evidence of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or other illegal activity. The Operator may freeze funds or withhold payouts pending investigation.
Term, Suspension, and Termination
Your right to use the Site is at the Operator's discretion. The Operator may suspend or terminate your Personal Account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, risk of fraud, or regulatory action. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money balance in accordance with the withdrawal policies. Data associated with the account may be permanently deleted following termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
Amendments to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site and may require re acceptance or confirmation. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s licensed operation. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate competent courts or fora as determined by the Operator in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution prior to initiating formal proceedings where permitted.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dada8 regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or communications. Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing. Assignment. The Operator may assign this Agreement without consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the Operator’s prior written consent.
