By accessing and using the Dada8 App the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. If you do not accept, discontinue use of the App immediately.
Overview of the App
The App provides access to licensed online gambling services where permitted by applicable law. It enables account creation, wagering, payments, and bet management through a mobile interface. Dada8 may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or access at its sole discretion in accordance with governing law and these Terms.
Eligibility and Location

Compliance with local laws remains your responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify Dada8 promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

All payment transactions conducted through the App are subject to the applicable payment terms and the Payment Methods policy. Financial data is processed in accordance with industry standards, including encryption in transit. Dada8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers solely for the purposes of operating the App and delivering services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. You may be subject to limits on deposits, withdrawals, and wagering as published in the App. Refunds and chargebacks, if applicable, are governed by the payment provider terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Data we collect: identity verification data, contact details, payment history, device and usage information, and interaction data within the App.
- Data security: data is protected by access controls, encryption in transit, and regular security assessments.

- Retention and deletion: personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein and to comply with legal obligations; deletion requests can be submitted and will be processed within regulatory timelines.

Dada8 adopts measures to promote responsible gambling, including self exclusion tooling, wagering and deposit limits, and a cooling off option. Users may set limits on deposits and time spent within the App and may request temporary or permanent exclusion in accordance with the policy published in app.
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy govern use of the App. In the event of a conflict between a policy, the Terms of Service prevail unless otherwise stated. Copies of these documents are accessible within the app and are effective as of the stated effective date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dada8 operates its principal business and holds licenses for online gambling. Any disputes arising from or related to the App shall be resolved in the courts with competent jurisdiction in that territory, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Language and Accessibility
The App supports multiple languages. Language preferences may be changed within the settings and translations may be updated from time to time.

Dada8 may send administrative communications related to the App, including notices of policy changes and important updates.
Updates and Changes
Dada8 may release updates to the App, including security patches and feature changes. Material changes will be communicated through in app notices and will take effect in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Service.
