Scope and Interpretation
These sports betting rules govern the use of all interactive sports betting products and services offered by Dada8 across the platform. They form part of Dada8 general terms and conditions. Where any conflict exists between these sports betting rules and the general terms, the general terms prevail. The English language version is the binding reference; if translations exist, the English version controls.
Definitions
- End User a natural person who holds a betting account with Dada8 and accepts these rules.
- Bet an agreement by the End User to stake funds on one or more outcomes under a Market, as offered by Dada8 at bet acceptance.
- Line or Odds the price or probability presented by Dada8 for a given outcome.
- Outcome a discrete result on which a bet is placed.
- Market a set of related outcomes offered for a given event or event type.
- Live Bet a bet placed on an event while it is in progress.
- Bonus Balance funds available under a bonus program and subject to wagering terms.
Eligibility and Account Restrictions
Only individuals who have reached the age of majority as defined by applicable law, and not less than 18, may hold a betting account. People who participate in events on which bets are placed, or who have affiliations with other betting companies, are excluded. Dada8 may suspend or close accounts without notice for suspected rule violations or irregular activity.
Bets and Line Acceptance
Bets are accepted on the valid Line displayed at bet acceptance. Bets on prematch markets are accepted before the event start. Live bets are accepted on events during live play. All disputes or errors regarding markets, results or odds must be raised within 30 days of the event end. Dada8 reserves the right to adjust or correct Line values, handicaps, totals and bet limits at any time, while preserving the terms applicable to bets already placed. The maximum and minimum bet amounts are determined for each event and bet type and may change without prior notice. Dada8 may restrict or block bets or accounts without explanation where warranted.
Live Betting
Live bets are settled based on results known at the time they become official. Live odds change in real time to reflect event progression. Bets on non competing athletes within a live market are typically void. Claims regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. If a match is abandoned or not finished within 48 hours of start, bets on unsettled outcomes may be refunded or void as determined by the official result and market rules.
Bets from Bonus Balance
Each player has two balances real and bonus. Real balance is used first for placing bets. Winnings from bonus money are credited to the bonus balance. Bets placed from a bonus balance remain subject to wagering terms. If a bonus is deactivated or not wagered prior to settlement, the bet may be void. It is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market while a bonus is active. Breaches may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of winnings and potential account restrictions.
Markets and Bet Types
Markets include standard and conditional variants. The following types are among those commonly offered:
- Single bet a wager on a single outcome.
- Multiple bet a combination of two or more independent selections; all selections must win for the wager to pay.
- System bet a multi selection structure where payouts are calculated from multiple combinations; each valid combination pays separately.
- Conditional bet a chain of bets where only the main part pays initially and subsequent parts are funded from winnings; conditions apply to ensure main part is settled first.
- Handicap and total goals an adjustment of the final result to equalize chances between competitors.
- Over/Under total goals or points based on a target line.
- Correct Score HT FT and Half Time Full Time combinations.
- First Last and Anytime scorer and related player markets.
Special market notes include outright markets for long and short term competitions, with Play or Pay style settlement applicable in some contexts. Details are market specific and governed by the event rules.
Abandonment, Postponement and Venue Changes
If an event does not start or finish as scheduled all bets on unsettled markets are void unless a market has been determined unconditionally. If an event starts but is abandoned or not completed within the defined time frame, only markets with unconditional results stand; others are void. Changes of venue render bets on the original venue void unless markets are opened after the change. If a match is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled beyond defined limits, Dada8 may void affected markets or settle them according to the updated official result and market terms.
Results, Settlement and Corrections
Settlements follow the official result as declared by the governing body or official source. In case of discrepancies, Dada8 may rely on video evidence or official bodies to determine the correct result. If a result is amended more than 72 hours after the event start, unsettled bets may be adjusted or voided. If a conflict arises between results displayed on-site and official results, Dada8 may resolve using its internal records including video where available. Dada8 reserves the right to suspend settlements when uncertainty exists and to reverse settlements if a mistake is confirmed before the conclusion of the event time window.
Video Assistant Referee and Official Decisions
In events where a VAR decision conflicts with on pitch decisions, bets placed between the original incident and the final decision may be voided unless the particular bet offer was already priced to reflect the VAR outcome. Where the odds remain unaffected, settlements may proceed. Final decisions by the official governing bodies take precedence for settlement when available.
Settlement Timing and Rounding
The platform applies two decimal digit truncation to displayed odds. Total winnings are calculated with a fixed precision and truncated to the second decimal place. The maximum period between settlement of a bet and any potential re settlement is thirty days unless otherwise stated in the market description.
Disputes and Final Authority
Any dispute arising in relation to bets, settlements or account activity shall be addressed through Dada8 dispute procedures. Dada8 reserves the right to undertake investigations and, if necessary, suspend or revoke settlements. The decision of Dada8 on all matters related to betting and settlements is final and binding.
Data Integrity and Information
Dada8 provides betting information in good faith and relies on official data sources. While reasonable care is taken, Dada8 does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data. Bets are placed at the bettor's own risk based on available information at the time of bet acceptance.
