Scope and General Principles
These General Bonus Terms govern all Promotions and Bonuses offered to players by Dada8 on the Website. Each Promotion may carry its own Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between these General Terms and a Promotion's Terms, the Promotion's Terms prevail. By participating in any Promotion you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility and Account Uniqueness
Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They are issued to a single player and are tied to one person, one family/household, one physical address, one email address, one IP address, one payment method, and one device unless the Promotion Terms state otherwise. Dada8 reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players.
- One bonus per person, household, IP address, device or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms.
- Bonuses are available only to fully verified players.
Activation, Opt-In and Use
Bonuses may be awarded automatically or require explicit opt-in. A bonus may be conditional on a minimum deposit and/or verification. Real money balances are used before Bonus Funds when a Bonus is active, unless the Promotion Terms specify otherwise.
Wagering Requirements and Release
Wagering requirements apply to all Bonuses. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, the wagering requirement is 50 times the initial bonus amount. Winnings derived from Free Spins are subject to a 40× wagering requirement unless the Promotion Terms state otherwise. Wagering must be completed within the Promotion Period; if not completed, the Bonus balance and any related winnings may be removed.
Promotion Terms may set different wagering requirements; in the event of a conflict, the Promotion Terms prevail over these General Terms.
Active Bonus and Stacking
Only one bonus may be active at any time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative. You cannot activate a previously unused bonus after submitting a withdrawal request.
Maximum Release and Cap
There is a maximum amount that can be released from each Bonus into the Real Balance. The default caps are:
- Non-deposit bonus (including Free Spins winnings): €25
- Deposit bonus: 10× the bonus amount
- Free Spins winnings: €100
Any amount above the cap will be forfeited unless the Promotion Terms specify otherwise.
Use of Bonus Funds and Contribution to Wagering
When you have an active Bonus you will start placing bets from your Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only after your Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms:
- Slots: 100%
- Table Games: 0%
- Video Poker: 0%
- Craps: 0%
- Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted for play while a Bonus is active
Some games may contribute 0% or be excluded entirely from wagering requirements; the Promotion Terms will provide a definitive list for each offer.
Restricted Play and Game Exclusions
During a Bonus-active period, certain games may be restricted or excluded from wagering. The Company reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering and to modify these determinations at its discretion. A non-exhaustive list of restricted or non-counting games is included in the Promotion Terms for each offer.
Betting Limits During Bonus
The maximum bet allowed while an active Casino Bonus is in effect is €5 per spin or per bet, unless the Promotion Terms specify a higher or lower limit. Bets exceeding the limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
Expiry, Forfeiture and Cancellation
Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from the date they are credited, unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, all bonus money and related winnings may be void. A Bonus may be automatically cancelled if the active balance drops to a low threshold (for example, €0.05 or less for Casino Bonuses or €0.50 for Sports Bonuses, or equivalent in other currencies).
Cancellation and Withdrawals
You may request withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements; in this case the whole Bonus Balance will be removed and you may withdraw only the amount in your Real Balance. If you cancel a Bonus after it has been credited but before wagering requirements are met, the entire Bonus and any winnings shall be removed from your balance.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Some jurisdictions are excluded from receiving bonuses, free spins or related winnings. Eligibility is determined by the player’s location at the time of participation and is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions for each Promotion. If you are located in an excluded jurisdiction, you will not be eligible for the Bonus or related rewards.
Changes, Amendments and Communication
Dada8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any Bonus or Promotion at its sole discretion. We may withhold or cancel bonuses in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these General Bonus Terms or the Promotion Terms. Changes will be posted on the Website, and continued participation in Promotions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Compliance, Fair Play and Responsible Gaming
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. The Promotion Terms prohibit exploitative gameplay, multi-account activity, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the promotions. Violations may result in forfeiture of winnings, depletion of account balances, or account closure. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing online gaming.
